What is podcast background music?

Podcast background music is instrumental audio that plays under or around spoken content. It covers intros and outros, transitions between segments, and quiet beds under narration that set the tone without competing with the voice. Melogen Studio generates it from a text description rather than serving a shared library track.

Podcast intro music

A good intro tells listeners what kind of show they are about to hear within seconds. Describe the mood, pace and instruments, for example "warm acoustic guitar, upbeat, friendly," and generate. If the result is close but not right, use Restyle Track to push it toward a different mood. If one layer clashes with your voice, stem splitting lets you pull it out.

Background beds that stay out of the way

Ask for "sparse, slow, no lead melody" in your description. Results vary, so you may need to regenerate or restyle until the bed sits well under your voice. Making music for a video instead? See background music.
